Very nice staff; entry and restaurant area was pretty and welcoming. The overall building and room were very clean. The room was well equipped and had comfortable beds. The location was great; close to shops, restaurants, highway, yet set back from the main road so it was very quiet.

Location was great and the staff were top notch. The hotel is located just off Hwy 5 south of downtown Redding CA. There's a new Costco and two fast-food ( Mc D's and Chick Fillet) restaurants just across the street. The Costco has a gas station attached and if your not a member there's a station a 100 yards in front of the hotel. The staff were all warm and welcoming eager to help.

The breakfast was excellent and Kathy served me so well. Welcomed me every morning by name and was on top of catering to my desires. Had Lunch there one afternoon and equally grate service from Christina and the food was great.

Appreciate the staff very much Greg, the manager, and all the staff there at the front desk Tony, and the waitress at the restaurant Cathy were very helpful. Unfortunately I had came in late on a day that I reserved and they were able to refund my money and accommodate me for being late with the same room that I reserved prior. Thanks to the entire staff really made it comfortable for use while on business

Location close to friends place. Great staff, behind the desk and at breakfast. One of very few hotels that has really nice and maleable, soft pillows instead of bricks. Kudos.

Conveniently located right off the freeway. The portion of wine that was served per glass was generous.

Friendly staff, very clean room/bathroom, room was comfy. Very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. I will definitely stay again when visiting family.

So easy to find near freeway but away from the noise. Pretty natural setting. The lobby was very inviting and attractive. Loved the fireplace on a chilly day. The staff was friendly and attentive.
